Refund and Exchange Conditions:
- The Original receipt must be provided in case of refund or exchange.
- Exchange can be made within 15 days of invoice date.
- Refund can be made within 7 days of invoice date.
- Exchange can be made within 3 days of invoice date on purchase on Sale/Special offer.
- Refund can be made within 1 day of invoice date on purchase on Sale/Special offer.
- On gift with purchase promotions, the gift should be returned along with the purchased items to receive Refund or Exchange.
- Name & Contact number must be written on the receipt when refund is made.
We do not accept to return/refund:
- Accessories, Damaged items or has a perfumery smell, items that have been used or altered, Underwear.
- Bedding, Bath Products, Pillows, Sheets, comforters, Duvets, Duvet covers, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.
- Credit Memo shall be issued for the returned products which can be redeemed at any time and at any of our store.
